2021 Virtual Exhibitor Spaces Sold Out!
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the SGS Fall Assembly. We have sold out all our virtual exhibitor booths for the 63rd Annual SGS medical conference.
Virtual Exhibitor Package
The cost to exhibit virtually at the Fall Assembly is $1,000. This package includes a virtual breakout room on the Fall Assembly platform. There will be a lunchtime opportunity for interaction with physicians and medical personnel from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Physicians will have access to individual Exhibitor lounges for a one on one conversation. In addition to hosting a virtual booth, companies will receive acknowledgement on Exhibitor sign placed on the front screen of the Zoom Meeting during the Morning Welcome, Lunch Break and Presidential Conclusion, plus you be part of the conference e-syllabus as well as verbal recognition from SGS President at the start / conclusion of the program.
SGS will only sell 10 virtual exhibitor booth spots in an effort to ensure that each exhibitor receives valuable physician interaction. This is on a first come, first served basis.
Exhibitor Registration Online
For a quick and easy registration process, please use the online registration and payment option to secure your booth. This option has been removed from our website. All Exhibitor Booths are sold on a first come, first served basis. For exhibitors that use the online registration and payment format you will instantly registered for the event and your email confirmation will be your receipt.
